CCM takes particular care in training and equipping the evangelists for the gospel to be communicated effectively. We want them to be able to relevantly connect the Word with the world.

We have facilitated our evangelists to attend the leadership training program conducted by the Haggai Institute. Our evangelists were challenged and encouraged to maintain high level of integrity and stewardship in giving leadership to mission activities in their respective mission fields. Similarly, we organize special meetings and get-togethers when we have an opportunity to meet with people of God who love the Lord wholeheartedly and have served Him faithfully in His vineyard for many years.

CCM’s Annual Conference is a major highlight of the Mission. Held usually for three days, the conference is an opportunity for all the leaders, evangelists, and staff members of CCM to come together with their families for fellowship, sharing, in-depth study of God’s Word and prayer. Mission minded Bible teachers and preachers are invited as resource persons for their spiritual nurture and edification.
